The 76 m² apartment is situated in a quiet location on the top floor (3rd floor) of a well-maintained building—and, of course, is easily accessible via the lift, which is wheelchair-accessible.

The bright, inviting living room is the perfect place to unwind—whether you’re reading, enjoying a cosy evening watching TV on the smart TV, or simply unwinding.

Two separate bedrooms, each with a comfortable box-spring bed (180 × 200 cm) and its own flat-screen TV, ensure restful nights and plenty of privacy.

Cooking & Dining

In the light-filled, fully equipped kitchen, start your day with a freshly brewed cup of coffee —either from the Nespresso machine or the drip coffee maker.
Everything you need is ready for home cooks: a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, a toaster, a microwave, an oven, and, of course, a dishwasher to take care of the dishes for you.
