It is situated 3 km from Arriondas, on the Fito road, in a very quiet area with few houses nearby, offering an ideal opportunity to disconnect and relax. You can walk around the surroundings or enjoy nature-related activities, as the environment is perfect for it. Arriondas is known for canoeing in Asturias, and for those who enjoy the mountains, the house is at the foot of the Sierra del Sueve, where you can take wonderful routes and climb the famous Pico Pienzu, which offers panoramic views of the Cantabrian Sea on one side and the Picos de Europa on the other. Please note that the house is not located in a large urban center, but on the outskirts of Arriondas.
