Ideally located in the heart of the Luberon Natural Park, in Gargas—the last ochre village in Europe—you’ll be close to Apt, Villars, Roussillon, Saint-Saturnin, and their Provençal markets. The property is central to the major sights of the Luberon and Vaucluse mountains. Discover the Bruoux ochre mines, Colorado Provençal, the castles of Lourmarin and Ansouis, the Cedar Forest, the Fontaine-de-Vaucluse chasm, L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, and the most beautiful hilltop villages in France: Gordes, Goult, Roussillon, Bonnieux, Lacoste, Saignon, and more—all within 5 to 35 minutes by car.
