André and Claude welcome you to their former wine cellar transformed into a loft, featuring a cayrou and pebble wall, glass floor, and an indoor heated pool open from April to late October at a pleasant temperature.



The private outdoor area is perfect for relaxing, enjoying breakfast, and unwinding, with a summer kitchen available.



Located in the golden triangle near radiant Perpignan, which boasts 300 sunny days a year and is recognized as a “city of art and history.” You’re close to the beaches and the Albères mountains for walks, with Collioure in sight.



The mountains and their high-altitude lakes, as well as Spain with the charms of Cadaqués, Girona, and Cap de Creus, are easily accessible. You can choose between gourmet moments and new discoveries.
