Semi-detached house completed in 2003, renovated in 2020 (neighboring apartment 9108 SUSI) in Jäätiönrinne area in Vuokatti on the shore of Lake Nuasjärvi, shared beach, dock and rowing boats available.
The area of the villa is 80 m², on two floors. Downstairs kitchen, bedroom with double bed (160 cm), sauna, shower, separate toilet. Upstairs, a bedroom with separate beds for 2 (2 x 80 cm), a loft hall with a sofa bed for 1-2 (width 120 cm) and a toilet.
Terrace, garden furniture. On the beach, a shared barbecue shed and a ski service room.
A child's travel bed and high chair will be delivered if necessary. Baby gates at the top and bottom of the stairs.
Electric/hybrid charging option from the heating pole (slow charging 3.6 kw), included in the price.
Included in price:
ERV cancellation insurance
Final cleaning (Basic cleaning is always carried out by the guest) (2026-03-02 - 2027-05-01)
Laundry (initial supply of bed linen and towels) (2026-03-02 - 2027-05-01)
