Studio Apartment '6' with Lake View, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

The 40 m² apartment in Möhnesee-Wamel accommodates up to 2 guests and features a combined living and sleeping area with two hotel beds that can be set up together or separately. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, mini oven, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, 2-ring hob, sink, fridge with freezer compartment, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery and glasses. In the living area, you'll find a sofa, a dining table for 4, radio and smart TV. The bathroom includes a washbasin, shower and toilet. Wi-Fi is available.



On your private, partially covered terrace, you can enjoy lake views and sunsets. The terrace is furnished with a garden table, 2 chairs, 2 sun loungers and a sunshade. You also have access to the shared garden and a private lakeside lawn with direct lake access. A communal barbecue is available.



You can park directly at the house or along the street. If all spaces are taken, you'll receive a free parking permit for the public car park. There is a bike garage with free e-bike charging and a public e-car charging station with 2 points on site. Smoking is not allowed indoors but is permitted outside. Events are not allowed. A communal washing machine and dryer are available.



The apartments are located on the lake level basement and are accessible via 25 steps. You have direct access to hiking and cycling paths, can enjoy sunsets by the lake, and benefit from a private lakeside area with direct water access. Apartment 6 is suitable for allergy sufferers, so pets are not allowed here. Apartments 3, 4 and 5 are available for guests with pets.
