Villa Blue Moon is a modern 240 m² holiday home near Poreč, one of Istria’s most charming coastal towns known for its historic old town and crystal-clear beaches, and close to Višnjan, a peaceful village known for its nature and observatory. The villa offers a beautiful sea view from the balcony.



Set on a 1,590 m² private plot, the villa accommodates up to 9 guests (no pets allowed). There are 4 bedrooms on the first floor, each with its own bathroom with shower, plus an additional fifth bathroom with shower and an extra bed in the ground-floor living room.



Outdoors, you can enjoy a 42 m² heated pool, surrounded by 6 sun loungers and 4 umbrellas. Pool heating is optional and charged extra.

A jacuzzi offers additional relaxation, while a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a charcoal grill provides the perfect spot for shared meals. The children’s playground, table tennis, darts, and board games ensure plenty of entertainment for all ages.



The villa includes also a sauna, a fitness area, and underfloor heating especially for the cooler season.
