Guest Access & Service

You can contact us anytime through the platform, and for urgent matters by phone or message.
We are not always on site, but our housekeeping team is present during the day and happy to assist when needed.
You’ll get a short message from us with helpful info and a few curated ideas for things to do in Konstanz.

Before Arrival
Please complete the online check-in form we will send before your arrival.
This allows us to prepare your Bodensee Card WEST, which includes free public transport and many local discounts.
Please register all accompanying guests so each person receives their own card.

To ensure all guests have a pleasant stay, please take note of the following guidelines:

🔇 Quiet hours: 22:00–08:00
Please keep noise levels low during this time – no loud music or group activities.
Penalty for violation: €100

🚭 No smoking indoors
All indoor areas, including shared spaces, are strictly non-smoking for everyone’s comfort.
Penalty for violation: €150 cleaning fee

🏠 Respectful use of the apartment
Please treat the apartment with care. Return any moved furniture to its original place and report any damages.
Damage fees: €50–100 depending on the case

🧼 Additional cleaning
If the apartment is left excessively dirty, we reserve the right to charge extra cleaning fees.
From €50, depending on the level of effort

🐾 Pets are welcome
Please inform us in advance. A one-time cleaning fee of €30 applies, payable on-site or online.
