The residence is located in the popular seaside resort of San Vincenzo on the Etruscan Coast, near the magnificent sandy beaches. It features a ground-floor pool (500 sq m) and a children's pool (Comfort Apartments), plus two rooftop pools (Superior Apartments). The apartments, located in three buildings spread over four floors, are furnished in a modern style (Comfort Apartments are approximately 200 m from reception). Each apartment has a terrace or balcony for al fresco dining. The long sandy beaches are just a 500-meter walk away.

The complex is situated in a residential area in the southern part of San Vincenzo. A side street leads to the town center and the newly built marina with its numerous excellent restaurants and shops. San Vincenzo has once again been awarded the Blue Flag for its excellent seawater. The long sandy beaches stretch along the coast all the way to the Gulf of Baratti.
