Cape vacation magic

This house was perfect for my family. We loved staying here. It is so spacious and had plenty of room for 8 adults. The kitchen has everything you need, including beautiful serving bowls and trays. The hydrangeas out front are gorgeous and the outdoor shower is terrific. The house located in a lovely neighborhood within walking distance of the South Cape beach and the community boat dock. There was a really cool osprey nest that we checked on nearly every day. The owner provides beach cruisers, so we rode the bikes to the Poppy Marketplace and the beach. We went to Falmouth a couple of times to visit Paul’s Pizza and Seafood and Bad Martha Farmer Brewery and Tasting Room which were both excellent. We look forward to staying here again.

Best vacation in a few years

We loved this vacation and the house was great. Incredibly clean and laid out in a way that people could come together and also have plenty of time apart. Would highly recommend.

Great House for a Group

The house was beautiful, well equipped, including everything you'd need for the beach such as chairs, towels, umbrellas, plus bikes! Communication with the host was a breeze and the house was very comfortable.

Wonderful service

This property was great for a family. There was plenty of room for our 2 families. The kids were able to walk or ride bikes to a dock to catch crabs. We could also bike to the beaches! Proximity to water was great. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. Overall 5 stars!! We would stay here again!!

Amazing home in an amazing location!

This home comfortably housed 10 of us. Plenty of room and very well equipped. Easy access to the local town beach and a quick walk to the neighborhood private beach and dock. Very pleased with our stay.

Amazing House!

We've just stayed in this beautiful house for one week and everything was just amazing. The house was better than expected, very well equipped for those who like to cook like us, very comfortable (central AC and A1 beds and linens), very clean and very close (30 seconds car ride )to the South Cape Beach. We enjoyed the outdoor shower when arriving from the beach (no sandy kids in the house!) The house is also 5 minutes from all the shops and supermarkets and next to the New Seabury resort where we ate our best lobster roll ever! (Raw Bar). My kids really enjoyed the space (parents too!) and we just can't wait to go back on another trip. 5 stars!

What makes this property unique

If you love to cook, you will love my home. You will feel right a home here. Very modern home with every amenity you could ask for. The home is very well kept and tastefully decorated. We have great neighbors that can assist you any questions. Very quiet neighborhood that is within walking or biking distance to our neighborhood private beach just at the end of the road or South Cape Beach. New Seabury community is just minutes up the road and great place to take the family at night for food and entertainment. Mashpee Commons is just a short 5 minute car ride for great restaurants, shopping and entertainment. This is one of the nicest homes in the area and you won't be disappointed!
