Apartment 1 with Terrace, Garden and Wi-Fi

Our 4-star ground-floor apartment offers 100 sqm of space for up to 6 guests. It is modern and comfortably furnished, featuring a private terrace perfect for relaxing. You have access to a spacious living-dining room and a separate kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, appliances, and dishes. One of the three bedrooms has a double bed, while the other two each have two single beds. For babies, we provide a cot, high chair, changing mat, baby bathtub, bottle warmer, and stove guard. The bathroom includes a bathtub, shower, and toilet.

Our holiday home is located about 1 km outside Lippertsreute in a peaceful setting surrounded by orchards, with hiking trails starting right at the house, such as the Maria im Stein route. It’s a paradise for those seeking relaxation—especially beautiful during apple blossom in spring or fruit harvest in autumn. Children are very welcome: a play meadow with equipment, sandbox, and table tennis offer fun. You can explore our plantations without traffic, and the cats love to be petted. All guests may use the lawn with garden pavilion and barbecue. Nearby, you will find many attractions such as Überlingen, Mainau Island, Affenberg Salem, Meersburg, or the pile dwellings in Unteruhldingen. Excursions, sightseeing, and boat trips offer something for everyone.
