An open design of the room, two equally sized bedrooms with double beds, a shower with toilet, an open kitchen and 2 balconies and an exit to the upper garden area.
Both apartments of our house are equipped with dishwasher, microwave, satellite, wi-fi connection.
Children and pets are welcome. Pets only in the EC apartment desired.

Perfekter Kuraufenthalt

Wir waren drei Wochen in Überlingen. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und dennoch zentral mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und rund 2,5 Kilometer von möglichen Kureinrichtungen und bietet, dank Höhenlage, einen fantastischen Blick auf den Bodensee. Wir haben den Aufenthalt jederzeit genossen genossen

Sehr empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung

Ein weiter Blick vom wunderbaren Balkon über Überlingen, eine helle und fensterreiche, saubere, geschmackvoll und mit allem Nötigen eingerichtete geräumige Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage, freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus in Hanglage (Treppen!). 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß zum (Bus-)Bahnhof bzw. zu den Landungsbrücken mit Schiffsverbindungen u.a. zur Mainau und nach Konstanz. Guter Ausgangspunkt für herrliche Wanderungen direkt vom Haus aus. Exzellente Beschilderungen im sehenswerten Überlingen und seiner schönen Umgebung. Ich habe diese Ferienwoche im Frühsommer sehr genossen. Danke!

Wunderschöner Blick auf den Bodensee

Perfekte Ferienwohnung

Liebevolle Gastgeber und eine super saubere Wohnung. Der Blick aus dem Panoramafenster über den Bodensee ist selbst im grauen November beeindruckend. Sicher kommen wir nochmal im Frühjahr oder Sommer wieder, dann können wir auch auf dem Balkon frühstücken. Wir haben die Gegend erkundet und die Zeit sehr genossen.

Bodensee Urlaub - Überlingen

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Überlingen. Mit den Fahrrädern gelang man schnell an den Bodensee um umliegende Orte zu Erkunden. Insel Mainau, Meersburg & Konstanz sollte man unbedingt gesehen haben. Von unsere Ferienwohnung hatte man ein tollen Blick auf den Bodensee.Die Vermieter waren sehr nett & gaben uns gute Tipps bezüglich Restaurants & Ausflugs Ziele. Rundum ein toller Urlaub.Wir haben ihn genossen.

Dachgeschosswohnung mit einem schönen Seeblick

Die in die Jahre gekommene Dachgeschosswohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet am Hang von Überlingen. Durch die große verglaste Balkonfront hat man einen schönen Blick über den Bodensee. Die Lage der Wohnung ist für Ausflüge in der Region gut geeignet. Bereits in 15 Minuten kann man zu Fuß bergab im touristischen Zentrum sein, wo u. a. auch der Bahnhof, Lebensmittelgeschäfte, ein Bioladen und Metzgereien ansässig sind. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung empfanden wir als erneuerbar. Das Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis passte unter diesen Gegebenheiten für uns nicht überein.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit toller Aussicht

Sehr schöne Dachgeschosswohnung mit einem tollen Blick zum Bodensee über die Dächer Überlingens hinweg. Die Fotos versprechen nicht zuviel! Absolut empfehlenswert! Die Innenstadt und das Bodenseeufer liegen in Fußreichweite. Sehr nette Vermieterin!
