The Südzimmer offers 20 m² of space for up to two guests and features a bathroom. You have access to a private balcony. The garden terrace can also be used—perfect for relaxing outdoors. This quiet, beachside detached house is located close to Duhner Heide and the Wernerwald. The guesthouse offers an apartment for 2 at the rear with garden view, a basement holiday flat with access to the garden terrace, a double room, and a multi-bed room for 3 (double plus single) upstairs. All rooms have a shower, WC, TV, and access to a roof terrace. A shared lounge with kitchenette and fridge is available between the rooms. Parking is in front of the house, and bikes can be stored in the garage. Free Wi-Fi. Check-in from 2:00 pm by arrangement, check-out by 10:00 am. Please note that local charges such as visitor’s tax and accommodation tax are payable on site.
