This charming one-room holiday apartment on the 2nd floor offers you wonderful accommodation with a lake view. The open-concept living area is practical and comfortably furnished: a cosy double bed invites you to relax, while the dining table is ideal for sharing meals together.

In the well-equipped kitchenette, you’ll find a microwave and a 2-burner stove, so you can quickly and easily prepare a hot meal. The bathroom with shower and toilet rounds out the apartment’s amenities. A flat-screen cable TV provides entertainment in the evening.

Especially convenient: A private underground parking space is available for your use. Please note that the clearance height is limited to 149 cm.

The “Jan am Strand” apartment building captivates with its maritime ambiance and is situated in a prime location, right behind the dike. The picturesque sandy beach of Döse is just a minute’s walk away. Depending on the apartment’s location, those on the north side enjoy an exclusive view of the International Shipping Route and the UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site, the Wadden Sea. On the south side, a sun-drenched spot with an enchanting view of the countryside awaits you.

All apartments are comfortable and accessible via lift, and each comes with an assigned underground parking space. Both the apartments and the penthouse units at “Jan am Strand” feature balconies or spacious terraces.

The Spielkogge at the Döse Beach House is within sight, and the expansive “Seeräuber” adventure playground in the spa park as well as the heated seawater outdoor pool on the beach are within walking distance. Washing machines and dryers are available in the building.

Notice for guests at “Jan am Strand”—construction work on the heating system
From 03.11.2025 through an estimated date of 12.12.2025, the heating and hot water systems at “Jan am Strand” will be replaced.
• Hot Water: A temporary hot water supply will be available during the work. Please note that the water pressure may be lower than usual.
• Heating: During this period, only portable electric heaters (e.g., oil-filled radiators) will be available in the apartments, as central heating will not be possible.
• Noise Disturbance: Due to the dismantling and installation work, construction noise is to be expected during this period.
