The holiday home on the Listersee is located in the holiday settlement "Heiligenberg", Meinerzhagen - Windebruch, with a view of the Listersee. The village of "Kalberschnacke" is on the opposite side of the lake, which is easy to reach by swimming. The Listersee beach is just a 5-minute walk away. Well located in terms of transport: Only approx. 5 minutes by car to the A45 motorway (Do.-F.furt, with connection to A4 Cologne). Shopping and errands etc. in the nearby towns of Attendorn, Olpe or Meinerzhagen (each approx. 10 minutes away by car).
The fully equipped semi-detached house leaves nothing to be desired: The kitchen with integrated dining table has all technical appliances (oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle) as well as a washing machine. In addition to the bedroom with king-size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), there is another sleeping option on the sofa bed in the gallery, which can be reached via an integrated ladder. The gallery, which does not reach standing height, is nevertheless a fully usable space with a desk and chair by the window and shelves, and the living room, from which the whole house can be heated with a pellet stove, has two cosy sofas, one of which can be used as a sofa bed. The existing TV is equipped with a large flat screen and the bathroom with a large shower was renovated in 2016, as was the entire house.
The terrace with a view of the lake is protected by a hedge and has a spacious seating area for 6 people as well as a comfortable barbecue. Two roadworthy bicycles for adults can be found in the adjoining shed and there is a car parking space directly in front of the house
Since March of this year, the house has had a fibre optic connection, so that the house with desks on both levels is also perfectly suited as a home office retreat. There is already very good WLAN via LTE, which can also withstand extensive video conferences.
The proximity to the water and the mountain location allow you to enjoy both summer and winter activities. Hiking, cycling, rowing/canoeing, diving, SUP - everything is just as possible as culture and relaxation. The whole range from absolute tranquillity to a variety of sporting leisure activities is available to you - depending on your individual preferences.
