Sanctuary at Redfish is a magnificent, gated resort facility providing luxury and serenity while staying within minutes of fantastic restaurants, art galleries and charming shops. This sixty-four unit condominium resort is located on approximately fourteen secluded acres in Santa Rosa Beach Florida. The property slopes down to Big Redfish Lake providing breathtaking lake and gulf views. Big Redfish Lake is a rare natural phenomenon known as a "coastal dune lake". Only a few places in the world are fortunate enough to have favorable conditions for these lakes to form and they provide a unique environment for a diverse collection of wildlife normally in separate fresh water or salt water ecosystems. Of the fourteen acre property, the building sits on approximately six acres. Sanctuary at Redfish preserves as much of the natural vegetation as possible to create an environment of serenity and privacy unmatched along 30A. The property is bordered on the west and south by Big Redfish Lake which empties out into the Gulf of Mexico. Sanctuary at Redfish provides a long list of first class amenities for residents. The expansive pool deck consists of four separate pools, including one adult pool, one zero-entry pool and one heated pool which is great for children. There are also two hot tubs. You can fish, simply float or paddle your way to the white sandy beach of the Gulf of Mexico with our complimentary canoes or kayaks located along the path to the left of the dock at the lake. However, you may also choose to relax and call Kristina to take you on a peaceful four minute complimentary boat ride on Big Redfish Lake that drops you off on our dedicated (private) beach within steps of ocean water. We supply beach chairs TWO beach chairs and an umbrella in the unit for you convenience. You will need to transport them to and from the beach if you choose to use them. Beach Service can be purchased for your stay from the Beach vendor. This would eliminate you having to transport the chairs and umbrella daily. I can provide you with the Beach Service vendors' contact information if you wish to go that route.

After your day at the beach you can take a short walk or drive to our fabulous local restaurants or use one of our four gas grills to cook your dinner. S'Mores might be what's on the menu for dessert, which can be enjoyed poolside at the large gas fire pit.

Our condominium was completely refurbished/redecorated from the cabinets and countertops to the Stainless Steel appliances. This unit is unlike any other unit. Our condominium is an end unit so that there are windows on three sides with outstanding views to the beauty of the woods and Big Redfish Lake. Our second floor location adds to the outstanding views. It has 10 foot ceilings with both Travertine tile floors and beautiful hardwood floors. The unit includes a master king suite with a jetted tub and a second master queen suite with a sitting area. Both masters have a walk-in closet. The third bedroom comes with 2 sets of bunk beds. The first set is a Twin XL (same length as a queen). The second set is a regular Twin set of bunks. Both sets top bunk hold up to 1000 lbs. Our unit sleeps 8 in beds, and features a large private balcony and a small 2nd balcony off the second master, which is perfect for your favorite cup of coffee in the morning or a quiet place to curl up with a good book. In addition to the 3 luxurious bedrooms, each bedroom is equipped with its own bathroom. We supply all linens including beach towels. There is a powder room and a separate laundry closet with a FULL size washer and dryer. We are located on the 2nd floor with windows galore overlooking Big Redfish Lake. Our unit has 2242 square feet that affords additional space in the living area and second master. There are 4 HDTV's for cable TV viewing and a Bluray/DVD player for each HDTV. We have a library of movies for children and families as well. Complimentary High Speed Internet and Wifi is supplied in the unit for your convenience.

The large living room is furnished with two sofas, an oversized chair with ottoman and an additional accent chair. A coffee table, 2 end tables and TV console circle the gas fireplace for extra warmth on cool nights. The dining table seats 8, and there is extra seating at the breakfast bar for four. The open kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. For our tea drinkers and gourmet cooks, we have an 'instant hot' device near the kitchen sink. The kitchen is also fully stocked with conveniences such as dinnerware, cookware, glassware and an assortment of small appliances.

Bike rental is available and within walking distance at Big Daddy's Bike Shop (2217 W. Co Hwy 30A) for you to take a ride along scenic 30A. Call to reserve your BIKE rental. If you feel adventurous and would like to take a break from the sun, you may want to browse the quaint local shops as well as antique shops in the area. Going east on 30A just a few miles will take you to Grayton Beach, WaterColor and Seaside. For those who want to take on some major shopping, Destin Commons and the Sandestin Silver Sands Outlet Mall are just a short 12 minute drive west on Hwy 98.
