Come enjoy the natural beauty of Blue Mountain Beach, Florida. Sanctuary at Redfish is a luxury property along the south side of 30-A, famous for its 19 miles of bike paths and pristine natural setting. Sanctuary at Redfish is ideally located between Sandestin and Seaside. Sanctuary at Redfish is a unique development with only 64 units nestled on 14 acres which include a rare dune lake. Enter in through the private gate and park in the underground parking garage. Enjoy the 4 bi-level resort style pools. One is a zero level entry pool which is great for young children. One is for adults only, and one is also heated seasonally. Other amenities include 2 hot tubs, a fitness center, and the lake. You can enjoy fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding and canoeing at the lake. Kayaks and canoes are available on a first come first serve basis. Beach access is provided by our water taxi seasonally or through a boardwalk nearby. Public beach access is also available a short bike ride or walk away.

Our luxurious 3 bedroom 3.5 bath condo has been professionally decorated and furnished. You will enjoy almost 1800 square feet of living space and 10 foot ceilings. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a convection oven. You will enjoy the private and natural views from your over- sized balcony.

On a cool night you can curl up and watch the flat screened TV with a fire going in the fireplace. Your master suite has a jetted Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. We also have WIFI service for your convenience. The secondary bedrooms each have their own private bathrooms and there is a half bath located in the hallway. Each bathroom has travertine tile and granite counter tops.

You can bicycle to your favorite restaurant for lunch and enjoy the peaceful scenery of this unique area. There are many village type shopping areas, fine dining, quaint art galleries and state parks to enjoy along 30-A. There are also many golf courses in the area. Or Destin is close enough to catch some outlet shopping and entertainment for the kids like The Track for go-kart rides, mini-golf, arcade, and rides or The Big Kahuna Water Park.

This place was great!! Even during a busy season… it felt like a private retreat and not crowded by the oasis pools. Owners communicated details about the property very well and will definitely look to stay here again in the future. Awesome family experience!!

My family absolutely loved staying at Lori’s beautiful beach house. Her place is so pretty and welcoming inside. The kitchen is very well-stocked, and the beds are very comfortable. My 5 and 8 year olds especially loved the bunk bed room with the built in tvs…so neat! Lori was always quick to respond to me and very accommodating. I had to change the date of our trip due to a family medical emergency, and she allowed me to move the reservation to a different week without an increase in cost. Greatly appreciated!If you are looking for a quiet resort to visit with your family and enjoy a gorgeous private beach with white sand and clear water, this is it!

Perfect location on 30a

We had a wonderful week at Lori’s condo. The pools were fantastic and we loved being able to take the short boat ride to the beach. Lori was wonderful to work with and was easy to communicate with. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great stay!

We have been coming to sanctuary at redfish for almost 9 years and just love it! The condo is perfect. The beds were comfy, the kitchen has all the things you would need to cook, beautiful patio for meals/coffee. The pools were awesome as always and the beach is just perfect and not crowded! Owners were very responsive and helpful driving the stay!

Convenient and clean

Our 5th trip to 30A, but first to this condo. Walked in and it was spotless. It was large enough that we had enough space to be alone when we needed a break from each other. The pools were so clean (and so warm) in July. When we wanted to go to the beach, the pontoon was waiting for us or never more than 5 minute wait. The beach was awesome and never crowded. It was the exact opposite of the pictures you see at Ed Walline or Blue Mountain public access. 5/5 would recommend.

Wonderful place

This is by far my families favorite place to stay on 30a. We’ve been coming to Redfish for many years and have loved it. This condo was perfect! The owners made it feel like home having everything you’d need for your stay. You can tell time and energy went into making the condo a place for all ages. Lori was so quick to respond to questions. My boys loved fishing and the boat ride to the beach. All my kids loved walking to Red Fish Taco and Blue Mountain Creamery.

Great stay

The unit was clean, spacious, and well equipped with everything we needed. The boat ride to the beach was a life saver with our kiddos! The pools were never crowded and a great place to spend the afternoon. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay in Blue Mountain Beach

Lori's unit is spectacular. The condo was very clean and inviting. Kitchen was well equipped. My family loved the pool and the short boat ride to the beach access was nice. We loved Christina, the boat taxi driver! The property was very quiet and in a great location. Walking distance to Grayton and Blue Mountain Beach. Can't say enough good things about this rental property!

Just what we were looking for.

What a treat it was to find this spot that hit all the right marks for us. We're originally from the area and have stayed in quite a few spots over the years including owning our own place. We were in town for spring break and to visit with family still in the area. The location was great and removed from the craziness of the main 30a crowds but close enough for the kids to ride bikes easily rented nearby. Instructions from the host were clear and we always felt comfortable and taken care of. Easy pool access, and either a super short boat ride or paddle board trip away from the beach. I've always been a fan of the dune lakes, one of which the property is adjacent to. The bed was comfortable and parking convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay in Blue Mountain Beach

Everything was perfect here. The unit was very nice and the complex was perfect for our kids. Pools were great and not crowded and the boat to the beach was so easy.

Perfect fall getaway

We loved this condo! Super clean with attention to details. We loved the personal touch including fall decorations. You can tell this is a labor of love for Lori and she was a great host- super responsive and kind. Great access to the beach and 30A activities without the seaside crowds. Fun place for the entire family!

Perfection!

The Sanctuary @ Redfish was as described online, only better. Everyone in our group - adults and kids - enjoyed themselves here. From the comfortable beds and furnishings, convenient 1st floor unit just steps from the (five!) pools, and a friendly boat captain to shuttle you to/from a beautiful private beach, what's not to love? The beach was quiet, not crowded at ALL, though we went in early August. The water was the most crystal clear I've ever seen in Florida. Definitely the best (most beautiful) stretch of beach I've been to in this area, and this was our 8th year. I liked that it was super close to some great local restaurants with live music, plenty of shopping, and the Blue Mountain Creamery (local ice cream shop just down the road - a must). One of the best attributes of this property is the manager, Lori. She took great care of us and was quick to respond each time we had a question come up. When we had an unexpected life event that required us to adjust the dates of our stay, Lori was super helpful and accommodating making our experience virtually stress-free. She even had a sweet welcome gift waiting for us. Not something any other host has thought of with our past properties. Nice touch, Lori! We will definitely look to return here next summer.

Perfect 30A stay!!!

My friends and I had an amazing experience in this unit at Sanctuary Redfish. Upon our arrival, we were instantly impressed with the location. I have vacationed on 30A my whole life, and this portion of the beach was spectacular. It is incredibly private and far enough away from the crazy crowds, while still being in close proximity to all of the best 30A restaurants, food trucks, and shops. In addition to the location, this unit and its amenities are unbeatable for the price. It is spotless and stocked with everything you could need during your stay. The beds are clean and very comfortable. Everything looks brand new! The amenities at Sanctuary Redfish are a plus as well. There are several pools and hot tubs, so we never felt crowded. My friends and I loved the quick pontoon boat ride across redfish lake to get to the beach as well. So fun! Overall, I could not recommend this unit enough.

Lovely Blue Mountain Beach

We had such a lovely family vacation at Blue Mountain Beach! The condo was so well-appointed, with plenty of space for our family of five. This might be the first time in my life I wasn’t anxious to get home to my own bed! We had so much fun canoeing to the pristine white sand beach, and the blue of the water rivaled anything I have seen. The pools were never over-crowded, and everything was beautifully maintained. Lori was wonderfully responsive and the perfect host. I would recommend this property to anyone!

Beautiful unit, beautiful beach!

First floor unit was perfect for our family so the grandparents didn’t need to climb stairs. Condo was clean, beautifully decorated, and had absolutely everything we could’ve needed. No beach view, but the huge balcony was very private and quiet, and the BEST place to hang out! Kids loved having multiple pool options (of varying temperatures, so they hopped between them all!). Bathrooms and outdoor showers by the pool were convenient. It was super easy to catch the boat to the beach. We called a couple times early in the week, but quickly learned that the boat pretty much ran back and forth during the posted hours and it was always on its way back within a couple minutes. Total non-issue, quick 3-ish minute peaceful boat ride, and we were dropped off to a stepstool at the edge of the white-sand beach! Blue Mountain Creamery is about a 10-minute walk. Redfish Taco is across the street from that as well. Other than that, Sanctuary By the Sea is on a pretty quiet stretch of 30A. We did wish for a little less car time, but it wasn’t a long drive to most restaurants, attractions, or other small towns. Lori was a fantastic host and answered all my questions immediately! Great, relaxing spring break!

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo in Blue Mtn Beach. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen is equipped with all the appliances, and we loved the modern beach decor. The community is nice and quiet. Our son enjoyed the heated pool and the boat rides across the lagoon to the beach. The host is very nice and communicative. She contacted us prior to our arrival and after. A must stay for those looking for a 30a getaway! Thank you for a wonderful week and we look forward to staying again!

Our family has loved staying all over 30A for the past 15 years. We love Sanctuary at Redfish for several reasons!
* It's very close to the popular Seaside but far enough away to avoid the heavy traffic!
* It's also in the heart of the Blue Mountain area so there are great restaurant options all around.
* Sanctuary has beautiful pools and grounds, but with only 64 units it offers less crowds and privacy for a peaceful vacation. In addition to the regular pool, there's an adult only pool and one that is also heated.
