The spacious “Sky” attic apartment combines modern comfort, stylish design, and a cozy, inviting atmosphere across approximately 72 m²—ideal for families or friends. Two separate bedrooms with comfortable double beds (sleeps four) offer plenty of privacy; IN ADDITION, two children’s beds are available for the youngest guests (up to age 12, loft beds).

In the light-filled living and dining area with an open kitchen, you can wind down at the end of the day—whether cooking together, enjoying a cozy dinner, or watching a movie on the sofa. The modern built-in kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, ceramic/glass cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, and electric kettle.
A special highlight is the elegant bathroom with a private sauna—a small wellness oasis where you can wonderfully unwind even on cooler days. The underfloor heating ensures pleasant warmth and a thoroughly comfortable indoor climate.

Additional amenities include a washing machine, dryer, TV, internet access, and furnishings. Pets are welcome upon request.
Thanks to the central location, the promenade, main beach, and numerous cafés are just a few minutes’ walk away. After an eventful day on the island, “Sky” awaits you as your personal oasis of calm—high above the rooftops of Borkum.
