This holiday villa with a modern and tasteful interior is situated on the edge of a forest in a quiet residential area of the little village Katuni by the blue Adriatic coast along the Makarska Riviera. You can spend a relaxing holiday here in a green landscape with plenty of privacy.One of the bedrooms on the upper floor opens directly onto a big sunny balcony with an extensive view over the green landscape. Down in the enclosed 2000m² garden, your 50m² private pool awaits you. A traditional stone grill next to it invites you to enjoy leisurely meals under an open sky. If you arrive by car, you can use the secure parking spaces right in front of the house on the enclosed site.The living space of 300m² on two floors offers a light living and dining room with an integrated open kitchen, four bedrooms and three luxuriously fitted daylight bathrooms. The living room is on the ground floor with two comfortable leather sofas, a coffee table, a wide flat-screen TV with a satellite receiver, a safe for your valuables and two dining tables with a total of nine chairs. The open fireplace exudes a cosy atmosphere and pleasant warmth on cooler evenings. The built-in kitchen next to it, as expected, is equipped with only the latest appliances, including a dishwasher, a ceramic hob with an elegant stainless steel cooker hood, an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave and a coffee machine. There is also a convenient bathroom on the ground floor. Wide stairs lead to the upper floor with the bedrooms and two further bathrooms. Two of the four bathrooms are each furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm), the third has a larger double bed (200 x 200cm), the fourth has two bunk beds for four children. The two bathrooms are fitted the same as the one on the lower floor. All three have a highly modern and spacious shower cubicle, a wide washbasin with a cupboard underneath and a wall mirror, a hairdryer and a toilet. A highchair is available. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided and the reliable Wi-Fi connection in the villa can be used free of charge.The nearest beach (Brela) with crystal clear water is about 13km away. Not only children will enjoy the playground and football field about 40 metres from the villa. It is about 2km to the centre with a supermarket and a good range of cafes and restaurants. It is about 8km to Biokovo National Park for long walks and mountain bike tours. You can go kayaking on the River Cetina (just 5km).The owner can provide two bicycles for use during your stay. The owner offers guests a free lunch or dinner in one of his two restaurants about 25km from Omis. He speaks English and German and lives near Omis.
