The guest house is an ideal place for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday in a beautiful setting close to the sea and mountains and who also value the immediate vicinity of a typical Mediterranean holiday resort. Orosei is a picturesque coastal village a good hour's drive south of Olbia (ferry and airport). The resort is 1.5 km from the beautiful Gulf of Orosei - the Caribbean of Europe. The 11 km long sandy beach can be reached by car or in a twenty-minute walk along the Via del Mare cycle path and footpath or along the river "Cedrino". Various restaurants, cafés and shops can be reached on foot in one to five minutes. It is possible to get a discount on the ferry fare! 4 ½ room holiday flat 126m2, for up to 10 people, ground floor, 3.50m high rooms, with large garden and barbecue area. freshly renovated in 2011 Description: 3 bedrooms (1×2, 1×3 and 1×5), 2 bathrooms with shower/WC, 35m2 large dining room with two sofas, separate large kitchen. direct access to large communal garden. Ideal as a holiday flat for a large family, two families together or groups of up to 10 people. Air conditioning in all rooms. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, gas hob, oven, washing machine (for a fee), tastefully furnished rooms (see photos, subject to change), barbecue. INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: air conditioning/heating, car park in the courtyard, WIFI, TV and towels.
The flat has a veranda with table, chairs, deckchairs and barbecue, as well as direct access to the 200m2 garden. The 70m² swimming pool with comfortable sun loungers invites you to linger from mid-May to mid-October.
Our flat house consists of 14 flats with fully equipped kitchens (1 to 4 rooms). They are individually and tastefully furnished and also have a garden seating area or balcony with a view of the mountains or olive grove. Parking spaces are available in the inner courtyard or in the underground car park with lift access, WI-FI and TV (Sat/Astra) are available free of charge. If you wish to travel by car, you can take a ferry from Genoa or Livorno to Olbia. We recommend booking the overnight ferry with a cabin. This way you arrive on the island rested and can enjoy your holiday to the full from the very first day. Or you can fly to Olbia and book a hire car. Our varied sandy beaches, which are never overcrowded even in the high season, are perfect for enjoying a beach holiday to the full with more than enough distance. We look forward to seeing you. Surrounded by dream beaches, gorges and mountains The Gulf of Orosei with its nature reserves "Su Barone" and "Bidderosa" is one of the most varied holiday areas in Sardinia. It offers not only a variety of sandy beaches and dreamy bays, but also charming mountainous areas with picturesque villages and imposing gorges. The beaches are among the most beautiful and cleanest in Europe and evoke real Caribbean feelings. A boat trip with a hired rubber boat or small ship, past breathtaking grottos and bays and the deep blue to emerald green water to Cala Goloritze, is a truly unforgettable experience! Other leisure activities include diving, canoeing, trekking, fishing, archaeological tours, horse riding, cycling tours in the unspoilt countryside, climbing, quad biking, expeditions into the wild interior, wine tasting, and it is also an ideal starting point for motorbike tours.
