Important rules: Check-in is from 17:00 to 21:00. Late check-in from 21:00 to 23:00 is available for an extra fee, payable upon arrival. Check-in is not possible after 23:00. Guests under 25 cannot check in. Parties and unregistered guests are not allowed. This is a residential property and is only rented to families with children or couples.



We are in a residential neighborhood: by municipal regulation, noise and loud music are prohibited after 22:00 (Friday and Saturday) and after 21:00 on other days. Please respect the neighbors’ rest.
