The 75 m² holiday home in Monguelfo-Tesido, South Tyrol, accommodates up to 6 guests with 1 living room and 2 bedrooms. You have 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, washing machine, heating with a traditional farmhouse stove, workspace, baby cot, high chair, and ski storage. Local herbs and step-free indoor access are also provided.
Enjoy mountain views from your private balcony or relax on the shared, uncovered terrace. The communal garden invites you to unwind, and you can use the private barbecue for outdoor meals. Families will appreciate the shared playground, as well as toys and books for children on site.
Parking is available directly at the house (1 shared parking space) and on the street. Bringing one pet is possible upon request and for an extra fee. Please note that events are not permitted on the property. A shared storage room for bicycles is available.
