Newly constructed apartment building in desirable neighborhood near restaurants, shops and Palermo Shopping Center, bus/subway lines (within one block from Avenue Santa Fe and Coronel Diaz).
720 square foot apartment is nicely furnished with a balcony running the full length. The balcony can be accessed through the kitchen and through sliding glass doors from the Living Room and Master Bedroom. All doors and windows are duel pane. Rooftop pool with sauna. Twenty-Four Hour Security. Smoking on BALCONY ONLY!
The Master bedroom has a queen size bed and full bathroom with a glass enclosed tub/shower and bidet. The second bedroom has two twin size beds. There is a bathroom across the hall with a stall shower. Both rooms have organized closets with mirrored sliding doors. All rooms have individually controlled Air Conditioning.

A great place to stay in BA
We stayed here for 6 weeks this winter, and were very happy. The apartment is just like it looks in the photos, and very well equipped (especially the kitchen). It's a very convenient location, close to transportation and shopping, in a good neighbourhood. Try Accademia restaurant, just 2 blocks away, great value for the money. We would rent here again.

Home away from home
We stayed in the well located comfortable apartment for a month this winter. The apartment is comfortable, clean and well furnished with everything you need. We loved the location, great neighborhood, close to restaurants, transportation, movies and music! The owners couldn't have been more help answering any questions and remaining in contact while we were in the apt, with suggestions for things to do and getting around. We felt at home and we would rent again with out hesitation.
Wonderful stay in Buenos Aires
My husband and two grown children spent a week in Buenos Aires during the Christmas holidays. We found this apartment very convenient to all the activities. It was centrally located to the areas of Palermo and Recoleta. And cabs were never a problem. The owners were very helpful and patience -- our flight arrived late and they were still waiting for us. The apartment is exactly as the pictures displayed -- it was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at this location again.
Fantastic Apartment!
My friend and I lived in the apartment for three months, and we absolutely loved it! It is a wonderful location and much more attractive and comfortable than the pictures portray. There is a great kitchen and plenty of space in the living room. It was really easy to work with the owner. I was sad to leave and would definitely stay here again!
Wonderful Stay!
We loved the apartment/condo in Palermo! It was centrally located with easy access to everything: subte (subway), taxis, grocery stores, shopping mall, restaurants, etc.
The listing description, photos and rental amenities were very accurate. The apartment is well maintained and clean. The owners were very helpful in answering questions and working with us on the rental. We would highly recommend this property to our friends and relatives.
We stayed in the apartment for 9 days in December during Christmas. The tempatures in Buenos Aires were pretty warm and it was nice to be able to come back to the air conditioned apartment
Swedish family visiting Buenos Aires
Good location in a very nice neighborhood, close to the subte and shopping on Avenida Santa Fe.
The apartment which is very well maintained has two bedrooms and two bathrooms is ideal for two couples or family of four.
We also enjoyed the swimming pool on the roof area of the building as well as having breakfast on the balcony.
Owner was very helpful and the photos and info on the listing accurately reflects the property.
If we return to Buenos Aires we would like to stay here again and we certainly recommend this place.
