Visitor’s tax/lodging tax of the Hanseatic City of Wismar (5%):
The Hanseatic City of Wismar levies a visitor’s tax/lodging tax of 5% on the travel price of the booked accommodation. This is not included in the travel price and will be billed separately upon booking. Since the visitor’s tax/overnight stay tax is not based on the number of people, guests of the Hanseatic City of Wismar are not issued a visitor’s card.

Surrounded by the greenery of our garden, you can enjoy relaxing days away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet still very close to the sights and amenities of the Hanseatic city of Wismar.
Features of our holiday rental:
Our holiday rental is very spacious. The room colours are light and inviting, and together with the unique furnishings and high-quality amenities, they immediately create a cosy atmosphere.
For sleeping, you’ll have access to our separate, light-filled bedroom with a large double bed and a wardrobe.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a 4-burner stove, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, and much more. Here, you’ll find everything you need to cook a delightful meal for your loved ones.
Of course, a stylish bathroom with a shower, toilet, mirror, sink, and vanity with plenty of storage space is also a must.
We offer free Wi-Fi throughout the entire holiday rental.
In the garden, we’ve set up a seating area with patio furniture for you.
You can safely park your car—as well as your own bicycles or e-bikes—in our on-site carport.
The location of our holiday rental:
Wismar’s historic old town is within easy walking distance—just a 20-minute walk. Here you can stroll around, treat yourself at street cafés, or visit the many unique churches and the historic market square with its water features.
The train station and central bus station (ZOB) are just a 10-minute walk away.
If the weather is bad, you can enjoy a spa day at Wonnemar Wismar.
You can also visit the islands of Poel or Boltenhagen by car or bike.
On balmy summer evenings, a stroll along the old harbour with its small fishing boats and maritime charm is unbeatable. Many small restaurants and bars near the harbour invite you to linger.
