The living/sleeping area is furnished with a double bed. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, electric kettle, and filter coffee maker. The modern bathroom features a shower and toilet, and laminate flooring ensures a comfortable living environment.
Pets are not allowed, and the apartment is non-smoking. An elevator, a shared bicycle storage room, and a private parking space are available. The beach, shopping, restaurants, and recreational activities are all in the immediate vicinity.
