This continues right into your spacious 132-square-meter vacation home: only the finest materials throughout, plenty of natural light, and a soothing, elegant atmosphere. The eye roams almost boundlessly from the greenery of the steep cliffs over the beach with the pier and the blue of the Baltic Sea all the way to Sassnitz and the chalk cliffs in Jasmund National Park. Whether it’s a colorful spring, a dreamy summer, a stormy fall, or an icy winter—you simply have to see it for yourself.

The absolute centerpiece of your exclusive vacation rental is the living and dining area with its large picture windows, the ocean-view loggia—including a sunroom—the electric fireplace with its deceptively realistic flames, and amenities that leave nothing to be desired. Comfortable couches in front of the huge 55-inch TV invite you to relax, complete with features like Apple TV, Deezer, and Netflix. The elegant LEICHT kitchen island is equipped with Bosch brand appliances, matching cookware, and fine china, so you can cook to your heart’s content whenever you’re not dining at the FIRST’s on-site restaurant or at one of the charming neighborhood eateries.

Two bedrooms, each featuring high-quality Jensen box-spring beds (180x200 cm), a large closet, and 48-inch LOEWE TVs, offer you the privacy you need. One of the bedrooms opens onto the lake-facing loggia, while the other bedroom has a balcony overlooking Wilhelmstraße. Of course, the two elegantly tiled bathrooms—each featuring a floor-to-ceiling shower or bathtub, spacious vanities, cosmetic mirrors, and towel warmers—leave nothing to be desired.

During the warmer months, a solar-heated outdoor pool on the wind-protected landward side behind the FIRST offers plenty of swimming fun for water lovers of all ages. Dear Guests, a new building is currently under construction on the adjacent grounds of the former Sellin Kurhaus. Should you experience noise disturbances during your stay, we will provide a corresponding discount.
