This semi-detached house is decorated in a nautical style and offers a wonderful place for four people to unwind.
The open-concept living-dining area, with access to the sunny terrace, is the heart of the house. The terrace is covered and can be shaded with an electric awning.
The cottage is completely fenced in.
The modern kitchenette is fully equipped. The first floor also features a wellness bathroom with a sauna and a walk-in shower. Here, you can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The guest restroom and the utility room with a washing machine[nbsp] round out the first floor.
The bright staircase leads to the upper level, which features two bedrooms and a modern bathroom with a shower.
The bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, two single beds, and plenty of storage space. Upon arrival, the beds are already made and towels are provided.
The garden shed not only offers storage for your bicycles. It also houses an electric grill and wooden furniture for the surrounding patio. Enjoy the view of the meadows from the beach chair on the property.
A handcart is available for the little beach pirates.
A privacy screen made of round logs has been installed between this house and the neighboring house, because privacy is important even on vacation. If families of friends are staying in the neighboring house “Majupani,” the garden gate can be opened to encourage more time together. The thatched cottage “Strandmuschel” is quietly situated on the edge of the “De Poeler Drift” vacation area in Zierow. No through traffic disturbs the peace and the view over the green fields. Children can play undisturbed on the playground in the shared green space, and the family-friendly, gently sloping sandy beach is accessible via a footpath (approx. 800 meters) away from car traffic. Those seeking culture and variety will enjoy the nearby cities of Wismar (8 km), Schwerin (35 km), Lübeck (70 km), and Rostock (74 km).
An electric vehicle charging station and a parking space are available free of charge at the house.
