High-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, video-on-demand, washing machine, heating in all rooms, and underfloor heating in the bathroom are provided. The apartment is step-free and accessible.

A shared parking space is directly at the house. Public transport is easily accessible. One pet is welcome; please keep it off the furniture. Smoking and events are not permitted inside the apartment.
