In this spacious 3-roomvacation apartment on the 2nd floor, great care has been taken to ensure versatile usage options throughout the entire 94 square metres of living space. Whether for a family holiday with up to 5 guests plus a toddler or for a holiday with a couple of friends, this apartment is perfectly equipped, as the second bedroom allows the two single beds to be pushed right next to each other to create a second double bed.
The living space is spread over two levels:

The separate kitchen on the first level is fully equipped. From the dishwasher, oven, and microwave to all small appliances such as a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster, you’ll have everything you need for daily life.
A cosy dining room features not only a large dining table but also a wonderful view of the cafes and restaurants in the city centre, as well as a comfortable sitting area with satellite TV (43-inch Smart TV LCD).

The bedroom (which can be darkened) on this floor is equipped with a double bed and a spacious wardrobe with a mirror.
The modern bathroom features a shower stall, sink, hair dryer, and a heated towel rack.

On the second living level (in the attic), you’ll find the separate, bright, and spacious living room with a view of the southern pasture landscape. It offers plenty of space to relax and unwind. There is a large satellite TV (55-inch smart LCD TV) here, and the cosy seating area makes it perfect for a film night. From here, you have direct access to the furnished south-facing balcony, where you can wonderfully enjoy the midday sun or the sunsets over the meadow landscape.
The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds, which can be pushed together if needed. There is also a spacious wardrobe with a mirror in this room, and this bedroom can be darkened as well.

If needed, two additional sleeping spots are available via a fold-out sofa bed (sleeping surface 1.40 x 2.00 m) located separately in the open loft area between the living room and the second bedroom.

The spacious layout of this family-friendly, non-smoking apartment also offers plenty of room for young and old alike to relax and play.
For our “little” guests, you’ll also find a small footstool, a high chair, and a travel cot with a matching mattress available for free use right in the holiday rental.

Bicycles

To the left of the house, there is a screened-off storage area (uncovered) for your bicycles [&] Co. It is lockable and accessible to all residents of the house.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bicycle. In addition, this rental shop offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the holiday rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information

The price is based on occupancy by two people and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.

Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Dear guests, please note that during the high season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.
Important information for (construction) company bookings
Online bookings are not permitted! If needed, please send us a request via email.
Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a holiday rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: According to municipal regulations, all persons aged 16 and older are subject to this tax. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
