This charming 2-roomvacation apartment is located on the first floor and was completely refurbished in 2020. With approximately 35 square meters of living space, this modern accommodations are equipped for 2 people.

The open-concept living and dining area is bright and inviting. A large flat-screen TV provides multimedia entertainment. The modern sofa is not a sleeper.
The adjoining kitchen is very well-equipped and features an oven, stove, and dishwasher. The refrigerator also has a freezer compartment.
The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180x200m). A spacious closet is available for your vacation wardrobe.
The apartment also features a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, a beautiful sink, and a toilet. The window provides additional natural light and makes it easier to air out the room after showering.
There is a small furnished terrace directly in front of the entrance. A low hedge partially screens the terrace from the street.

All rooms in this beautiful non-smoking apartment are equipped with underfloor heating.
Important: Due to its size and amenities, this vacation rental is not suitable for guests with small children!

Bicycles

The house has a basement (not lockable). Bicycles and similar items can be safely stored there.

In the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, you can rent bicycles from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Prices vary depending on the rental period and bike model. This rental shop also offers a wide variety of additional bike accessories as well as handcarts. Our guests receive a 10% discount!

Booking Information

The price is based on occupancy by two people and includes utilities and linens.

Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
