The excellent location right by the beach access and the lovingly redesigned interior make this apartment an ideal retreat for your North Sea holiday.
The balcony is furnished with modern furniture and invites you to enjoy relaxing moments in the fresh sea air.
The apartment has been extensively renovated and furnished to a high standard. In the living area, you’ll find an elegant leather sofa, a cosy dining area, and a comfortable double fold-out bed (1.60 m wide) with two separate mattresses. A large flat-screen TV (40 inches, cable), CD/radio, DVD player, and free Wi-Fi provide enjoyable entertainment.
The modern, open kitchenette is equipped with an oven, a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster—ideal for relaxed self-catering during your holiday.
The separate bedroom features a high-quality bunk bed—perfect for children or additional guests.
The brightly designed bathroom is functional and offers a spacious shower, a toilet, and a sink with ample counter space.
Please note: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this holiday rental.
The building has an lift, which is accessible via a half-floor walk and takes you quickly to all floors.

Starting September 14, 2026, renovation work will be carried out on the building’s roof (installation of bitumen membranes) and the facade will be repainted. During this time, the building will be fully covered in scaffolding and fitted with a safety net.
The work is scheduled to be completed by mid-October 2026, though delays are possible. Should the work cause any inconvenience during your stay, we will grant you a hassle-free 20% discount on the daily rental rate.
