Private: well-kept garden 800 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (12 x 6 m, depth 100 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Shop 4 km, grocery 4 km, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop "Les Combes Jauffret" 700 m, sandy beach "L'Escalet" 3 km. Sports harbour 9 km, sailing school 12 km, tennis 2 km, minigolf 10 km. Nearby attractions: Plages de Pampelonne 5 km, Saint-Tropez 10 km, Parc d'atractions Azur Park 10 km, Port Grimaud 12 km, Cannes 92 km, Nice 110 km. Please note: car recommended. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Gassin, 9 km.
