The house was recently fitted with a new air-to-water heat pump for heating and hot water, which is controlled centrally in heating mode via a thermostat in the dining room. The individual rooms can be set individually using thermostats on the radiators. The additionally installed photovoltaic system with battery storage for power generation and the heat pump have made the house even more sustainable.

The beautiful holiday home is enthroned in a prime location within an urbanisation close to the village centre. There are two local restaurants and tapas bars in Galilea. Puigpunyent is approx. 4 km away for shopping. For the market, drive to Calvià, Andratx or other beautiful mountain villages. The drive to the sandy beaches in the west of the island takes around 30 minutes.
