From plumbing to carpet cleaning, landscaping to decorating; we have someone to call for the job and exceed normal standards in doing so.

Cleaning never goes under par as we put 110% care into recognizing the importance of it from a renter, owner, and outside source stand point. We use exceptional products on top of a great attention to detail and will go above and beyond to make sure that the property is impeccably clean time and time again.

We offer 100% management for owners, from taking an initial rental call, to providing access to the taxes in the area that the owner must disperse by using their owners console access. We provide owners with recommendations that we suggest will attract more attention to the property. Owners are provided with exceptional photos from DAVPhotography which shows the beauty that exists in the property. By maximizing advertising that goes with having a vacation rental, we post to major sites like VRBO, Facebook, and more!

This property is wonderful! Perfect for a family looking to enjoy the beach, but stay in a quiet private location all to yourself. Great appeal greets you as you pull up to the long drive, capable of holding 4 vehicles, not including the attached garage. The house is on coded locks, the yard is very large (PET FRIENDLY), and there is privacy fence surrounding the property. Inside, there are two spacious bedrooms. The master has a queen size bed, large walk-in closet, access to the patio, 40' flat screen cable television, sitting area, and attached master bath with jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, sky-light, and vanity. The second full bath along with the master bath are stocked with towels for your use. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 twin beds and 40' cable television. There is a separate dining area that seats 4, and breakfast bar that seats 2. The great fully equipped/fully stocked kitchen is perfect for fixing meals. The home offers a full size washer/dryer in the garage. The living room (with vaulted ceilings) offers a pull out sofa, 40' cable TV w/DVD player, and free WiFi! This is definitely a home you do not want to miss out on, and especially for the price! It's a wonderful deal and only a short walk to the beach!!

We were extremely pleased with our stay with Daja Management. The guys were very friendly and willing to accommodate our crazy group. The house was really clean and the sheets smelled so good! It's clear that these guys care for their guests and property which is why we plan to return for years to come. I would highly suggest this company to avoid the many companies out there that seem to only be out to make a buck and not care or communicate with their customers. Oh! Thank you for allowing our pooch to tag along. 😉

Just spent an awesome week at this beach house! This is not my first stay there and definitely not my last!Cant wait to stay again!Very clean and comfortable! Has everything you need for your stay!Its just a short walk to the beach and entertainment and restaurants! I highly recommend checking it out!The owners /operators are very easy to work with and will make sure you enjoy your stay!

Nice house, good location

We stayed at this house during the Thunder Rally. House was clean and in good shape. Has a garage to store the bikes and the driveway is nice and long to fit a truck and trailer. Weather was perfect all week, not sure if that's included though :)

THE PERFECT HOME BY THE BEACH

Spent two months here with my family and didn't want to leave. The house is immaculate and magnificent. It is filled with fun beach decorations and most all the kitchen stuff you would want for a long stay like ours. The location is perfect for a short walk to the beach. It even had some boogie boards and a beach umbrella for us to use in the large garage. Only issue we had was a few ants and the property management was quick to fix it. Hope to get lucky enough to land this gem again in the future.

The house was in excellent condition when we arrived. Everything was exactly as advertised. The house is a short walk to a public beach, and a short drive to all types of restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Derek was excellent to work with and when we had a problem (1 very minor) was quick to get it resolved. I highly recommend this property for folks who want to "beach like they live at the beach". Thank you Derek. We certainly enjoy our stay and will call again.
