This property is wonderful! Perfect for a family looking to enjoy the beach, but stay in a quiet private location all to yourself. Great appeal greets you as you pull up to the long drive, capable of holding 4 vehicles, not including the attached garage. The house is on coded locks, the yard is very large (PET FRIENDLY), and there is privacy fence surrounding the property. Inside, there are two spacious bedrooms. The master has a queen size bed, large walk-in closet, access to the patio, 40' flat screen cable television, sitting area, and attached master bath with jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, sky-light, and vanity. The second full bath along with the master bath are stocked with towels for your use. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 twin beds and 40' cable television. There is a separate dining area that seats 4, and breakfast bar that seats 2. The great fully equipped/fully stocked kitchen is perfect for fixing meals. The home offers a full size washer/dryer in the garage. The living room (with vaulted ceilings) offers a pull out sofa, 40' cable TV w/DVD player, and free WiFi! This is definitely a home you do not want to miss out on, and especially for the price! It's a wonderful deal and only a short walk to the beach!!

Let me tell you if you are reading this and interested in this home make an attempt to rent it. I bet that you will get a response quicker than you would imagine and will feel comfortable with renting a property with these guys. Derick is really great to work with and stays in contact with you from booking to arriving at home after your stay. These are the kind of guys you'd invite over to hang out with, and we did that. Luckily they had a bit of time to meet with us on the beach so that we could talk about buying here and if they'd manage the property for us once we do. If we were owners in Panama, we would surely look no further for management of our property and would feel that all of our vacationers would be in great hands as well as our property.



The home was nicely decorated and spacious. Stocked with towels and some arrival toiletries and was really clean. The yard could use a little TLC from the owner as it has a lot of sandy areas and the little burrs that get stuck to your feet or dog. Other than that the home was more than great.



We will not only come back to Panama but will tell all of our friends of this property and management team behind it. Great work guys! Keep it up!

Awseome Getaway !

My family of six thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It was clean, comfortable, roomy, quite, & extremely close to everything. St Andrews State Park is only a few minutes by car and several public beach accesses within walking distance. Dollar General is a block or so away for those quick needs.There is also a Winn Dixie not far from the home as well. I avoid Wal Mart like I would the plague ! Derek and Josh of Daja View Property Management are the best! They stayed in time sensitive contact with me at the time of booking and until our rental time came into view. On the day of our arrival they sent me a text to let me know that possible early check in time may be available and to keep in touch with them. I have rented many vacation properties, however Daja View has been the best bar to none. Derek & Josh never failed to respond to any need that we had. They were just NICE guys who showed they cared and we could never ask for better! If I needed property mangers they would be my right hand guys! I only like to leave positive reviews and this place along with its mangers deserve an A++++. Rent this home and I promise you that you will be taken care of and have a blast ! Thank you to the owners for sharing a great value to us for our time in Panama & the wisdom for hiring DAJA VIEW ! Thank you Derek & Josh, hope to see you guys again. :)

Great location and property! IM Florida & Vacation

We stayed here during Ironman Florida and it couldn't have been a better location. It was close to the expo/start line and was just a street off the run course so that the people spectating could have an easy place to come back to and hang out.

It is also just a 2 block walk to the beach, which made it easy to come and go without taking everything needed for the day should we want to come back to the house quickly during the day. It is not loud at night at all and has a great outdoor patio area to spend evenings outside if you want while grilling dinner.

Plenty of places to eat nearby and the grocery was just a quick 5-minute drive away. The state park with great more beach access is a quick 3-mile drive down the road. I would recommend this property to anyone who needs a great place to stay!

Great Place!

We stayed the whole month of Oct. and loved every day of our stay. The home is close to everything, Wal- Mart,Dollar General,public parking for beach access close and in several places, restaurants, Schooners, ST- Andrews state park, charter boats for what ever you like to do. Capt. Anderson restaurants close, you can buy fresh fish at the dock by Capt. Anderson. If you have children or a child at heart , there are all kinds of rides with in a short distance. Every thing you could won,t to do is very close. The home its self is very well maintained, everything you will need for your home away from home. Home is very clean ! Kitchen well stocked ! Bed rooms on opposite sides of home as well as bth. rooms. This could be the gem of rentals if they would get rid of stickers in yard and finish in close in fence.. May-be a gas grill? Just a suggestion! Looking forward to next year. If available?

We have mentioned additional yard care to the owner several times in hopes to take care of the "stickers" a bit better, but it's a constant battle here with those things. We are hoping to enclose the fence entirely very soon as that should be a somewhat inexpensive solution for the owner to keep traveler happiness abundant. Thanks for the recommendation on the grill! We were thinking that may be something that would be worth the investment also for travelers to come. Thank you for taking care of the home for us and hope to have you back again next year!

Loved this house

We loved out stay in this house! It was very homey! Decor was very inviting and so cute! If I had to choose one thing to change it would be that the fence in the back is not complete, I would have it connected to the house on both sides. The home is very roomy, never once did we feel cramped. We loved the location as well. A very short walk to the nearest public beach, or a very very short drive to the nearest free public parking for the beach. We cant wait to visit again and we will be getting this home once more!

Awesome Place to Stay for Disabled and Pets

We had no problem booking this house and sending in our money to reserve the house. The house was located in a great place, 10 minutes from the beach or less by car with lots to do around the area. Everything on one level was a blessing, plus two bedrooms and bathrooms which provided privacy. The owner was easy to work with and allowed us to bring our Weenie dogs (our grandchildren) lol. The owner took care of our needs such as toilet paper, dishwashing detergent and ice trays immediately. The only drawback is the backyard has sand burrs and is only partially fenced in. The house was clean and kitchen was fairly well equipped. Beds were super comfortable, decor was awesome. The outdoor shower was handy as well as the garage. We never got to grill out due to the rainy weather. The house is located near ShipWreck, a wonderful gift shop, Captain Anderson's Marina to take deep-sea fishing trips, a dog beach and a public beach. Don't miss going to St. Andrew's State Park. You have never seen anything so beautiful! AC worked well, and we enjoyed using the DVD Player for Family Movie Night. Don't worry about carpet if you have pets, there is none. Unfortunately I did not get time to use the jet tub. Hope to come back and revisit this place for a few more days. We weren't ready to leave. Hope your family enjoys this place as much as we did. Thanks to the management and owner for doing an excellent job!

Sand spurs can be very difficult to battle in the yard, but we definitely will pass this along to the owner to hopefully come up with a solution. The home is advertised as partially fenced, so we apologize if that wasn't more apparent within the listing. We hope your 4 babies (puppies) enjoyed the gifts we passed along and the extended welcome for multiple animals in the home. It sounds like the nearby activities were great for you all.
