Enjoy being close to nature in every season at the Lower Saxony Wadden Sea World Heritage Site and the vast expanse of the Wesermarsch.

Haus KüstenBrise exudes a pleasant atmosphere thanks to its successful combination of sophisticated design, high-quality materials, and warm colors.
You’ll find light-filled, spacious rooms across approximately 80 square meters of living space, as well as a covered outdoor terrace accessible from the dining area.
A spacious living-dining area with a fireplace offers plenty of room to relax and unwind.

The adjoining semi-open kitchen is fully equipped and offers ample space for cooking together.

There are 2 separate bedrooms, one with a large double bed (180x200 cm), a TV, and a closet, and the other with 2 single beds (90x200 cm), a TV, and a closet.

Insect screens and blackout blinds ensure a restful night’s sleep.

A staircase leads from the living area to a play area, where a variety of games and books are already waiting.

Except for the play area, everything is on one level. Low thresholds and doors that are mostly 1 meter wide make the house even more accessible.

The large walk-in shower in the main bathroom also adds to the comfort. The large sauna, which accommodates 3–4 people, adds a touch of luxury.

A washing machine and dryer are located in the guest bathroom, making longer stays possible.

The house includes a parking space under the carport, two additional paved parking spaces in the driveway, and a lockable bike shed.

The Wadden Sea beach is just a few minutes’ walk away across the dike. Fresh rolls can be delivered right to your door from the bakery.

Pets are welcome in this house for an additional cleaning fee!

The vacation home area is still under development, and construction activity in the area may cause minor disturbances due to noise and dust.
