Modern comfort awaits you on approx. 100 square metres of feel-good space spread over two levels. On the ground floor of around 65 square metres, a stylishly furnished living and kitchen area with leather furniture and a generous flat-screen TV invites you to relax. The fireplace promises warm moments in the cooler seasons. The high-quality equipped kitchen, a spacious bedroom with direct access to the terrace and a bathroom with all amenities complete the ground floor. On the upper floor there is a further bedroom, a child-friendly room with two single beds and a guest WC. Technical amenities such as free internet, a washing machine and a tumble dryer also contribute to the comfort of your stay.
The detached house, surrounded by a hedge or fence, offers a spacious, enclosed outdoor area with two terraces, barbecue facilities and modern garden furniture - ideal for socialising in the open air. There is also parking space for two vehicles, while the well-tended garden offers space to relax or play.
The location of our holiday home allows easy access to everything that Neßmersiel has to offer, from supermarkets and restaurants just 300 to 500 metres away to the beach at around 700 metres as the crow flies.
