Located on a beautiful small chalet park on the shores of Afritzer See, this chalet is an ideal base in sunny southern Carinthia. Surrounded by impressive mountains, you will enjoy pure nature and a wide variety of leisure activities here. Each season offers its own charm and invites special outdoor experiences.

In winter, the region turns into a popular winter sports destination. About 15 kilometers away is the versatile ski resort Bad Kleinkirchheim with 103 kilometers of excellently prepared slopes and modern lifts, suitable for both families and sporty skiers. You also quickly reach the Gerlitzen Alpe (approx. 13 km) : a sunny ski area with 50 to 55 kilometers of runs and beautiful panoramas over the Alps, ideal for all levels.

Picturesquely located in the heart of Carinthia, lake Afritzer See is known for its clear water and relaxed atmosphere.
