Enjoy the 25 m² balcony overlooking the beautiful garden—ideal for relaxing outdoors. On request, a private gas grill can be provided for you to prepare and enjoy meals outside. Please note that events are not permitted on the property.



A parking space for guests is located directly at the house. Bicycles can be stored under cover. The apartment is close to public transport, offering you convenient access to the surrounding area.
