Additional features include a terrace, balcony, air conditioning, private entrance, a pellet stove for cozy warmth, a flat-screen TV with satellite reception, hardwood or parquet floors, heating, patio furniture, an outdoor dining area, and barrier-free, single-level access. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house. Check-in is available between 2:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Check-out is available between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on site. Tourist tax: A tourist tax of 3.20 EUR per guest per night will be charged separately. A maximum of one pet is allowed and can be accommodated free of charge. A baby crib can be provided free of charge upon request.
