8th-floor apartment with 2 bedrooms (each with a double bed). Spacious bright living room with terrace and sea views. Fully equipped open kitchen. Both bedrooms open onto a sunny rear terrace with open views. Storage room with washer/dryer, bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. Great location near shops, public transport and the new Casino. Note: the garage is not accessible from 01/02/26 to 30/06/26.
Wi-Fi: yes. Parking: not included. Bring your own sheets/towels.
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 18 years of age are not permitted
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
