Our lovingly furnished, spacious, non-smoking vacation apartment (75 sq m) on the first floor (max. 4 adults + 2 children), decorated in a country style, will quickly make you feel right at home. Of course, not only people but also your four-legged travel companions are warmly welcomed.

Located in a completely secluded and sunny spot on a farm with a huge property and another vacation apartment on the ground floor, complete with its own horse stables and fish ponds. Ideal for animal and nature lovers and of course, families with children. Our horses, sheep, goats, rabbits, chickens and fish are looking forward to your visit! Surrounded by an EU-protected cultural and biotope landscape with many hidden gems within easy reach: the Bischofsreuter Flursteig Cultural Landscape Museum (e.g., the historic Wasserwies), the Golden Trail, a Kneipp facility, a fairytale forest and numerous well-marked hiking and cross-country ski trails, including those leading into the neighboring Czech Republic. Due to its proximity to the border (car crossing in Philippsreut, 5 km away), our house offers a good starting point for day trips to the various historical sites in the Czech Republic and of course, for refueling, shopping, etc. As a special treat, we can offer you freshly caught fish from our nearby trout farm. You are welcome to help with the fishing and will receive expert and animal-friendly guidance and information. These can then be prepared in the kitchen or on the grill in the garden – a sure-to-be positive and educational experience for children. About the area: A low mountain range with gentle hills at 910 m, beautiful, colorful summers from mid-May onwards, often cool nights and in winter one of the most snow-sure regions, particularly suitable for beginner skiers, families and seniors. Always carefree enjoyment of nature with many special features and tranquility far from metropolises. The apartment is suitable for 4-6 people, living room, bedroom, children's room, kitchen, bathroom with shower/toilet. The household is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and washing machine. In the kitchen and living room, there is also a rustic wood-burning stove that can be lit yourself. Pets of all kinds are of course welcome and even horse stabling is no problem by arrangement. Please note: there is a large pond and water feature directly on the property, so parents with small children should be extra vigilant. The pond is nevertheless very popular with our guests of all ages and gives the property that special "something." We look forward to your visit!
