Vacation rental for 2 people:

This well-equipped and tastefully furnished vacation rental is located below the Landskrone castle ruins, right on the Red Wine Hiking Trail, and offers approximately 38 m² of living space for 1–2 people.
The apartment is located in the hosts’ residence and has a separate, ground-level entrance. It is a non-smoking apartment; pets are not allowed.
The bright and modern living/sleeping area is equipped with a double bed with pocket-spring mattresses, a dining table, a comfortable sofa with a reclining function, a satellite LED TV, a radio, and Wi-Fi. The high-quality built-in kitchen features a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, range hood, microwave, air fryer, coffee pod machine, small drip coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and all cooking utensils. The spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower features natural stone-look tiles, a thermostatic shower, a towel warmer, and a hair dryer.
For our guests, there is a free parking space on the property and a lockable bike storage area with charging capabilities for e-bikes. There is also a small patio with patio furniture in the front yard.
The apartment is also equipped with bed linens, bath towels, hand towels, and kitchen towels. The bathroom is stocked with facial tissues, toilet paper, and soap, and the kitchen has dishwashing supplies, trash bags, and paper towels for your use. Hiking maps can be borrowed free of charge upon request



On-site costs: Payment of the full rental price must be made via bank transfer no later than 14 days before arrival. Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 30 and 14 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost; cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost. Check-in time: 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM; check-out time: by 11:00 AM. Alternative check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on-site or via a key box. You will receive the code for the key box well in advance of your arrival. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. The tourist tax for the city of Bad Neuenahr, currently €2.50 per adult per night and €1.00 per child aged 6 and older per night, will be charged on site. Please have the amount ready in cash upon arrival.



Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00, and check-out is from 00:00 to 11:00.
