The maisonette extends over two levels and features a large open-plan kitchen on the ground floor as well as separate rooms on the upper floor, providing plenty of privacy.

Queen-size beds, single beds and a sofa bed allow for flexible occupancy, ideal for group and work-related stays.
All beds are high-quality box-spring beds with practical storage space.
★ Kitchen & self-catering:
The fully equipped kitchen includes a Nespresso Citiz coffee machine, dishwasher, cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, hand mixer as well as complete cookware and tableware.
A large dining table is available for shared meals or as an additional workspace.

A dedicated desk, Smart TV with premium channels and Netflix, private Wi-Fi router and fans in all rooms ensure comfort for business and long-term stays.
