The maisonette extends over two levels and features a large open-plan kitchen on the ground floor as well as separate rooms on the upper floor, providing plenty of privacy.

Queen-size beds, single beds and a sofa bed allow for flexible occupancy, ideal for group and work-related stays.
All beds are high-quality box-spring beds with practical storage space.

★ Kitchen & self-catering:
The fully equipped kitchen includes a Nespresso Citiz coffee machine, dishwasher, cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, hand mixer as well as complete cookware and tableware.
A large dining table is available for shared meals or as an additional workspace.

Guest Limit: Please use the apartment only with the number of people stated at booking. For additional visitors, we appreciate a prior agreement.

Eco-Friendly: We place a great value on environmental protection. Please help us by separating waste and disposing of it in the designated bins.

Punctuality Appreciated: We value your time and ask you to adhere to the agreed times for key handover and return. Please inform us in case of any delays.

Careful Departure: We kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by no later than 11:00 AM on your departure day and leave it as tidy as you found it.

Open Communication: If something is not right during your stay or accidentally breaks, please inform us – we understand that small mishaps can happen.

Safety First: Please make sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the apartment to secure your personal belongings.
