Come and relax in this beautiful, spacious, and bright Pornic house—perfect for family or friends. Set in a quiet area close to all amenities and cycle paths leading to the harbor, beach, and 18-hole golf course, it offers 120 m² of elegant, fully equipped space for a great holiday. The house is surrounded by a lovely enclosed, tree-filled garden and a relaxation area. Children can play safely while you enjoy your time.
On the ground floor, you have a welcoming living room with a sofa bed for 2 and a decorative fireplace, a fitted kitchen, a utility room, a veranda with a play area for children, a shower room, and separate toilets. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and a travel cot on request, a bedroom with a trundle bed (two 90 cm beds), plus a bathroom and separate toilets.

Enjoy the renowned thalassotherapy, sandy beaches and secluded coves, the 18-hole golf course, night markets, and a three-screen cinema.
