With the beach just a short walk away and a private sauna for relaxing moments, this 90 m² holiday home in Großenbrode invites you to leave your everyday life behind. This bright, Scandinavian-style house can accommodate 8 to 10 people and one dog—ideal for large families, multigenerational groups, or a holiday with friends.

In the open living and kitchen area, the day begins with breakfast at the large dining table. After a trip to the beach, the cosy sofa nook invites you to relax before you wind down the evening by cooking, playing games, or sharing stories. Large windows let plenty of natural light into the house; on cooler days, the wood-burning stove ensures cosy moments. Satellite TV, a DVD or Blu-ray player, and a stereo system with a radio are also available.

* Space for everyone—including a place to retreat

The four bedrooms are arranged in a staggered layout. Next to the large bathroom are one bedroom with a double bed and another with twin beds. On the opposite side of the house are two additional rooms, one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds. The cosy alcove with an additional double bed is a lovely retreat, especially for children and teenagers. A cot and a high chair are available for the youngest guests.

A private sauna and a shower await you in the spacious bathroom. Both bathrooms feature underfloor heating—especially pleasant after a day at the Baltic Sea. A washer-dryer combo offers added convenience for longer stays.

* Enjoying the fresh air on holiday

The living area opens directly onto the partially covered terrace. The large garden table provides space for shared meals and long conversations, while two lounge chairs invite you to take a quiet break. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a ceramic cooktop, a microwave, and a coffee maker.


Facility:

The Holiday Vital Resort consists of two holiday villages located close to each other: Resort 1 and Resort 2.

At Resort 1, guests have access to a gym and a sports field. Here, children and adults alike can let off steam playing football, basketball, or tennis.

Right at the entrance to Resort 2, you’ll find our reception desk, a Nahkauf supermarket open daily, a bakery, and a restaurant.

A free parking space is available at every holiday home. If you’re arriving with two or more vehicles, you can also use the large guest car park at the resort entrance free of charge.

There’s plenty for kids to discover, too: a playground is located right at the entrance to Resort 2. Just about 200 metres away, on the way to the beach, there’s a large adventure playground nestled among the dunes. A 30-meter-long zip line, a trampoline, a play ship, slides, and various balancing challenges ensure plenty of fun.

For holidaymakers travelling with dogs, two portable dog fences are available at the front desk and can be rented for €49 each. Almost all dog-friendly holiday homes, with living spaces ranging from 62 to 96 m², offer plenty of room for relaxing holiday days with your four-legged friend.
