The approximately 55 m² 3-room vacation apartment is located on the first floor and attic of a well-maintained country house and offers plenty of space for up to five people. This makes it ideal for families, small groups of friends, or couples who want a little more space to relax during their vacation on Sylt.

As soon as you enter the apartment, you’ll be greeted by a bright and cozy atmosphere. The living area forms the heart of the apartment: A spacious, comfortable sofa nook invites you to relax after a long day at the beach—whether with a good book, a movie night, or while planning your next island adventure together. The adjacent dining area offers plenty of space for convivial meals and long evenings with family or friends.

The open kitchenette is fully equipped and offers everything you need to prepare light snacks or a hearty vacation breakfast—including a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, as well as a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. This allows you to plan your vacation with complete flexibility.

The apartment features two cozy bedrooms. One is located on the first level and is furnished with a comfortable double bed. The second bedroom is accessible via a staircase inside the apartment—a lovely retreat in the attic with a double bed and an additional sleeper sofa. This means the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to five guests.

The modern bathroom with a shower and toilet rounds out the comfortable amenities. Practical amenities such as Wi-Fi, a TV, and a private parking space ensure a pleasant stay.
