You can also enjoy a stunning 300-square-meter communal pool with a large relaxation beach, surrounded by Mediterranean greenery in the exclusive residence.



The renowned beaches of Villasimius are a 30-minute drive away, and along the provincial road you’ll find many white and golden sandy beaches, including Mari Pintau just 5 minutes away. Cagliari, the capital, is 30 minutes by car.



A security deposit is required upon arrival. The host reserves the right to withhold all or part of the deposit in case of improper use of the air conditioning.
