Welcome to our well-maintained and cosy 3-room non-smoking apartment on the 1st floor, with approximately 65 square metres of living space. The apartment is ideal for couples, small families, or guests looking for quiet and cosy accommodation.

The centrepiece is the spacious living room with two comfortable sofa sets and a large flat-screen TV—perfect for relaxing after an eventful day.

The sheltered south-facing balcony, equipped with two tables, four chairs, and an awning, invites you to linger. A separate smoking area is available here for smokers.

The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed. Upon request, the double bed can be separated to create two single beds. There is also a second bedroom with a single bed.

The bathroom has a large window. It features a shower stall and a bathtub, as well as two sinks and a toilet.

Bedding, towels, kitchen towels, and electricity are included in the price.

There are fly screens on the windows throughout the apartment. The bedrooms are equipped with hypoallergenic beds.

The apartment is rented exclusively as a complete unit and offers you peace and comfort for a relaxing stay.
It is located on the upper floor of our house. We live on the ground floor and are happy to assist you with any questions. At the same time, our guests naturally enjoy their privacy.
