Parking is available, familiar and friendly hosts, large garden can be shared after consultation. Nice apartment

It is a really nice apartment. Good spaces, good kitchen, perfect for 4/5 people. The main disadvantage is that is not that close to Nuremberg, but you can doble check that.

Herzlichen Dank für die Rückmeldung und schön, dass es Ihnen bei uns gefallen hat. Die Aussage, die Wohnung läge etwas außerhalb ist relativierbar. Stein ist ein eingewachsener Vorort von Nürnberg, man kommt aber in nur 25 Minuten in die Innenstadt von Nürnberg oder Fürth, dafür haben wir viel Grün, kleine Sehenswürdigkeiten in Laufreichweite, die Palm-Beach-Therme direkt neben dem Haus und natürlich die Ruhe und einen großen Garten. Wer beides möchte, ist hier richtig :-)

The place was very nice and clean. The hosts were very nice. We came at a time when the weather was very hot and they got a fan for us. It was very nice. Note that the apartment is on the third floor. Not a problem but be aware. The hostess gave us some good recommendations. The bus station is right around the corner and there is an excellent pizza place a quick walk from the apartment.

Wir haben wirklich ein paar unbeschwerte Tage hier verbracht. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist super, mit Bus und U-Bahn ist man ganz schnell im Zentrum von Nürnberg. Die Gastfamilie ist super sympathisch und gastfreundlich, sodass man sich sofort wohl und wie Zuhause gefühlt hat. Hier kommt Gastfreundlichkeit wirklich von Herzen.

Da wir jederzeit ansprechbar sind, liefern wir jederzeit bei Bedarf auch Equipment nach, sollte das gewünscht sein. Ansonsten ist die Küche komplett ausgestattet und gab bisher keinen Grund zu Beanstandungen.

Wir wurden von unheimlichen netten Vermietern empfangen und bekamen gleich Tipps, wie man am besten in die Innenstadt kommt. Die schnuckelige, mit allem was man braucht ausgerüstete Dachgeschosswohnung liegt in einem sehr ruhigen, aber doch zentralen Viertel von Stein. Es waren nur ein paar Meter zur Bushaltestelle und dank der ausführlichen Beschreibung der Dame des Hauses waren wir in ca 30 Minuten in der Innenstadt von Nürnberg. Die Betten in den beiden Schlafräumen sind fantastisch und alles war sehr sauber. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung absolut empfehlen und würden eventuell auch für einen Kurzaufenthalt im Sommer wiederkommen. Nürnberg ist toll. Grüße aus NRW!

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit, die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht. Die Betten sind super klasse , wir haben sehr gut geschlafen.Sehr zentral um Ausflüge nach Nürnberg und in den Playmobil Funpark zu machen. Palm Beach mit Biergarten fussläufig. Stein lädt zum erkunden ein.

Sehr schöne, ruhige Dachwohnung in Stein, in der es uns an nichts fehlte! Großes und etwas kleineres Schlafzimmer, gemütliche Wohnküche, großes Bad, große Dusche, genügend Handtücher, Kissen, Decken etc. Und wenn wir doch Fragen hatten, standen uns die Vermieter, die mit im Haus wohnen, für alle Fragen zur Verfügung und achteten sehr darauf, dass man sich wohlfühlt! Insofern gibt's überhaupt nix zu meckern und wir kommen nächstes Jahr gern wieder! :-)
