Our spacious holiday house is perfect for large families, groups of friends or club trips who want to spend time together in the Harz. Up to 18 guests will find plenty of space to sleep, relax and spend time together across three floors. High ceilings and charming Art Nouveau elements create a special atmosphere, while the quiet location in a side street is still very central.

Restaurants, a bakery, shops and popular attractions such as the historic Samson Mine and the Harz National Park House are all within easy walking distance.

On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, each with a double bed and a single bed, as well as a private bathroom with shower and WC – ideal for families or couples. There is also an additional living room. On the first floor you will find another bedroom with a double and a single bed, a large living room and a dining room where all guests can sit together. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is also a separate WC.

On the second floor there are three further bedrooms with double beds as well as a shared bathroom with shower and WC.

The basement offers additional relaxation and entertainment with an infrared cabin and relaxation room, as well as a games room with table football, darts and a bar counter. A laundry room with washing machine and dryer is also available.

There are two parking spaces directly at the house, with additional free parking nearby. Dogs are welcome by arrangement. Bed linen, towels and travel cots for children can be booked optionally.
